Our rates are simple and competitive for what we do:

8% of collected rent or:
1. On single family homes no less than $79.00 per month.
2. On duplex or tri-plex homes no less than $65.00 per unit per month.
3. On a 4-plex no less than $60.00 per unit per month.
4. On buildings 5-20 units as low as $55.00 per month per unit.*
5. On buildings of 20 or more units, as low as $50.00 per unit per month.*
*A onetime set up fee requirement will be assessed for record establishment on all new owner contracts over 4 units.

A placement/referral fee of 50% of one month's rent is assessed for vacancies advertised by WWPS only if WWPS or a real estate professional application places the acceptable tenant.

Our rates are competitive for what we do. Our rates are simple:
•8% of collected rent or:
• On a single family homes no less than $79.00 month
• On a Duplex or tri-plex no less than $65.00 per unit.
• On a 4-plex no less than &60.00 per unit
• On buildings of 5-20 units as low as $55.00 per month per unit.*
• On buildings of 20 or more units, as low as $50.00 per month per unit.*
* A set up fee requirement at an hourly rate is required to establish records on all larger than 4-unit buildings.
•50% of the first month's rent as a placement fee (only if we place the tenant)
•No setup fees, etc.

• We will provide service to the owner to collect all rents, collect rents in arrears, develop payment plans with Tenants, provide all Tenant negotiations when needed, and for an additional fee, provide services for the eviction process, when allowed by State Statue.

We also are a licensed general contractor under Home Tec Designers & Builders, Inc. It is always YOUR CHOICE who you use for property repairs. We will always schedule the repairs with our standard fees.
